must. think. long-term.

March 30, 2008

I have got to admit that I love gadgets. Yet, with gadgets comes responsibility (which kinda suck in a way. he.) So internet surfing leads me to these two gadgets, which serves pretty much the same function (i.e taking pictures) but completely different degree seriousness.

Here we have Canon Digital IXUS 80IS, sleek feature AND long-term commitment which will cost me around 500 SGD.

and here..we have HOLGA Starter Kit, funny looking, cool-looking result, i-will-get-bored-eventually kind of commitment. Cost around 120 SGD (but, of course!).

This is one of those moments where I actually hate that I don’t have load of money to spend, it makes me think LONG-TERM, pfft. Will somebody donate for me to get HOLGA please…please pretty pleaasee…

I have never knew that thinking about your own birthday can be so.. depressing. It might be because its well coincided with two other rather important things which will happen soon. one, I will be completing my M.A which makes come to my second point, I will have yet another phase of life, that blurry line, a land where choices and fate consolidate. Like I said, I never knew that thinking about your own birthday can be utterly depressing. SIGH.

Last night, a friend told me about his plan to hold a birthday party for himself AND a surprise anniversary party for his girlfriend as well. As much as it sound pleasing.. it kinda makes me think to yet another set of depressing mind: The Circle of Singledom. SIGH just when you think things couldn’t get any worse. Pffft.

Gosh, this is stupid.
